HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You can get started by calling or emailing me to set up an initial phone consultation.

If you decide to schedule a first session, I will send you a brief form to fill out before coming in. We will then have an intake evaluation (in-person or virtually) in which

I gather your history and background. From there, we can discuss the best approach to therapy together.

HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET AND FOR HOW LONG?

When beginning therapy, it is ideal to begin with weekly sessions. Each session lasts

50 minutes. The duration of therapy varies from person to person. Some people seek therapy to address a specific life event and find relief after a few months. Others may prefer ongoing therapy to address specific life events or long-term struggles.

WHAT IF I AM INTERESTED IN PSYCHIATRIC MEDICATION?

If after engaging in regular  therapy sessions, we decide that medication could be helpful, I can recommend you to a psychiatrist for a medication evaluation.
